Ketone Meter

The Ketosis Breath Analyzer Ketosis Breath Tester is a convenient and accurate tool for those following a keto diet. This breath analyzer uses advanced sensor technology to measure the levels of ketones in your breath, providing valuable information about your body’s state of ketosis.

Cautions Before Measurement

  • Before taking a test, it is important to be aware of factors that may affect your results. This device has a high sensitivity sensor, so it’s advised to avoid brushing teeth, smoking, drinking, or eating 30 minutes before the test for accurate results.
  • To ensure consistent and reliable readings, it is recommended to test your ketone levels under the same conditions each time. This means testing right after waking up in the morning, before consuming anything, while in a fasting state.

Using Steps

  1. This breath analyzer requires 2x AAA alkaline batteries (not included) for power.
  2. To start the device, press the power button for 3 seconds.
  3. The device needs to warm up and exhaust residuals before use.
  4. Blow into the device for 5-6 seconds immediately after warm-up.
  5. The ketone meter will analyze your breath and display the reading.
  6. This device eliminates the need for painful finger pricks or messy urine strips.

Breath Acetone Concentration Readings Instructions (PPM)

0 ~ 1.9 PPM: You are not in ketosis or just right before ketosis.
2.0 ~ 3.9 PPM: You are at a very early stage of ketosis.
4.0 ~ 9.9 PPM: You are in a light status of ketosis. The body fat is burning at a low pace.
10 ~ 39 PPM: You are in the optimum level of ketosis. That is the stable fat burning zone, where the body uses fat as the main source of energy.
40 ~ 59 PPM: Be cautious! You are approaching a dangerously high level of ketosis. Adjust your level to under 40 PPM.
60 ~ 99 PPM: Danger! You are in an extremely high level of ketosis known as ketoacidosis.

Before using the Ketone Breath Analyzer for the first time, it’s important to exhaust the device. Turn on the analyzer, wait for the 15-second countdown to complete, and turn it off. Repeat this process 1-2 times (without blowing) before your first test.

A breath ketone meter is a portable and non-invasive device that measures the levels of ketones in your breath. It uses advanced sensor technology to detect the concentration of acetone, which is a reliable indicator of ketone levels. Tracking breath acetone is a better measure of what your body is actually using for fuel, as acetone is a byproduct of fat burning.

The unit of measurement for the breath ketone analyzer is parts per million (PPM). As the body enters a state of ketosis and produces more ketones, the concentration of acetone in the breath increases.

The ketone breath meter is backed by a 12-month guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, the product can be returned within 30 days for a refund or replacement. If you encounter any issues during operation, please contact the customer service team. Make sure to check that all parts and components are included in the package and reach out to the retailer if anything is missing.
